The businesses we see most in Katy are distribution and logistics along the I-10 corridor, corporate offices, retail centres and restaurants, contractors and trades, self-storage and light industrial. Major local employers include Academy Sports + Outdoors (corporate), Igloo Products Corp., Amazon fulfillment operations, Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital and Katy ISD — which matters less for who we work with than for what it says about the surrounding economy of suppliers, contractors and services that grows around them.
