Why we ask for the bill

Every other question on this form is a substitute for it. The bill carries your ESI ID, twelve months of usage, your current rate, your contract end date and the split between supply and delivery. With it, suppliers price your actual load. Without it, they price an assumption — and assumptions are priced conservatively.

What happens next
