What we are
Texas K Energy is the trading name of Khairunnisa LLC, a Texas limited liability company operating as a registered electricity broker in Texas.
We are not a retail electric provider, a natural gas supplier, or a utility. We do not generate electricity, we do not deliver it, and we do not bill you for it. Any supply contract you enter is between you and a licensed retail electric provider or gas supplier. We are not a party to it.
What this website is
General information about the Texas energy market, published to help you understand your options. It is not legal, tax, financial or engineering advice, and it is not an offer to sell electricity or gas at any price.
We publish no supply rates on this site, by policy. Where we describe market structures, charges or contract terms, we describe them generally — your own bill, contract and Electricity Facts Label govern your account, and they prevail over anything written here.
Accuracy
We aim to keep this site accurate and current. Market rules, utility tariffs and supplier terms change, and content that was correct when written may not remain so. Verify anything that matters to a decision against your own documents or with us directly.
Our services
If you engage us, we present your account to retail providers and gas suppliers, obtain pricing, explain the offers and terms, and assist with enrolment. We do not guarantee that any particular saving is available, that any supplier will offer you a contract, or that any offer will remain available for any period. Pricing in this market moves daily.
Suppliers assess credit independently and may require a deposit or decline an account. That is their decision, not ours.
How we are compensated
We are paid by the retail provider or supplier you select, through a per-kWh fee included in the supply contract. You are not invoiced by us. This is described in full on our compensation page, including the conflicts of interest it creates.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your account and usage.
- Read any contract before signing it — including the Electricity Facts Label or equivalent.
- Confirm that you have authority to contract for the account concerned.
- Understand that the supply agreement is between you and the provider.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Texas K Energy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of this website or our services, including losses arising from a supplier's performance, pricing, billing or failure. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Where we link to utilities, regulators or suppliers, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Harris County, Texas.
